Setteo, the world’s leading social network for racket sports, and David Goffin, ninth player in the ATP ranking, have signed a partnership whereby the Belgian tennis player becomes the company’s first ambassador.
Through the agreement, which has been announced during the Monte Carlo Open, Goffin becomes part of the Setteo team, impacting the brand strategy and getting involved in the development of the platform.
In addition, the player will be the image of Setteo in the tennis area and will participate in various promotional events of this social network, starting with the launch of the new mobile application on May 7th.
“I have decided to join Setteo’s team because I share their vision of using the technology to give amateur players more possibilities to connect with each other, to play and to compete. I believe the products that Setteo is about to launch in the coming weeks will have such a positive impact on the tennis world” said David Goffin about the partnership.
In the same vein, Pierre-Emmanuel Czaja, CEO of Setteo, said: “David is not just an amazing player, he is also a great person who shares our vision and values. Like us David wants to build a better future for the tennis players worldwide and contribute to Make the world play together”..
